Elections 2025


To vote in Minnesota, you must be a U.S. Citizen, at least 18 years old on Election Day, a resident of Minnesota for 20 days, and you must have finished with all parts of any felony sentence.

Once you're registered, make a plan to vote! You can vote early by mail, vote early in person, or vote on Election Day, November 4th.


In Minnesota, you can vote early with an absentee ballot starting 46 days before Election Day. For the general elections, early voting takes place from September 19th through November 3rd.
